Neurological Stimultion

Hi all,

I am considering including some neural charge type exercises/concentric dominant variations to include in my warmups preceding strength sessions to help fire me up.

Currently I do

box jumps
horizontal bounding
ball slams
explosive pushups
lockouts from pins ect

Any guidance is appreciated!

Cheers
