it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?
4:03 is not faster than 5:00 , its almost faster than 4:00. I know what you're saying, im just saying
8km including km tempos in 40 minutes is pretty badass!!!
