very nice progress markus, form looked good.

how much weight loss he down to now?

last time he weighed himself he was "only" -11kg. but the tape measure says that he lost more fat than that, so he seems to be building some muscle :strong:

okay i just decided that his next goal is a 161kg deadlift with good form :P

So what, you're now focusing on maximal lifts or are you just benchmarking him?

Man that was nothing for him!  Has he ever tried American Football?  He'd be a beast as an offensive lineman.  Nice work Big Papa!

American Football in Germany sounds really popular.

There is a football club in our city. Maybe he wants to try it someday, but at first we have to get him healthy!

They had several football clubs when I lived in Landstuhl near Kaiserslautern.
