sup man, kinda confused on this: "I swear I have never done the two legs jump on 10? rim before."

i thought i've seen you jump 2 foot on 10' before? i could be mistaken though.. ??

I can jump with my 2 legs before doing vertical mastery, but I cannot trow the ball down as you saw me

Then I try vertical mastery, and after first  week of the program I can trow the ball down

it was the first time in my life that can dunk with 2 legs jump.

Sorry for my English, I try my best.

I will keep upload it every week, the goal is 2 hands dunk.
