163 by 95 if I remember right, 20 minutes after coming home from the gym.
138 by 65 and 140 by 67 ~10 minutes after taking Xanax.

It could be anxiety-induced high blood pressure... not sure.

Restricting salt does not lower blood pressure. -> really long article didn't read it but check it out http://www.stat.berkeley.edu/~census/573.pdf


 You need sodium. Instead think about your potassium intake. Veggies, and fruits come into play here.

But yes it's probably nothing related to diet or exercise. Just anxiety and stress. that's my guess. try sleeping before 11 and waking at sunrise for 1 month straight see if that works.

try it for at least 20 minutes. just sit, close eyes, feet flat on floor or cross-legged. back straight.

high blood pressure runs in my family, i've tested really high on a few occasions... really low on others, so i stopped caring.

i had ~160 over ~90 once during a 'fitness fair' that the hospital setup.. measured by two diff ladies.

i was in insane shape then too, that was when i boxed.. was very weird.

maybe..

i do remember it being very cold (hospital setting), and i was ~147/~7% body fat, absolutely shredded (had been shivering on occasion like a little wet dog)

probably had something to do with it.. lul
