A friend of mine told me that some local Major basketball league's team is doing this as work out....

the fuck this is not a ninja workout. THis is stupid. I expect some parkour, flipping, and box jumps onto elliptical machine, back handsprings on a treadmill, wallruns, depth drops from the top of the star cases, and sprinting with samurai swords.

That is, if a ninja workout was to be inside of a commercial gym anyhow
