Mo farah will be running the 5000m which will include the champion Edris in it and chilemo I think and alot of the same people in the 5000m race in london 2017.
If mo wants revenge this is the race to do it.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

WOW  :ibrunning: :wowthatwasnutswtf:

did you see that finish? Incredible.. Also i'm surprised that isn't grounds for disqualification for Chelimo, that's just crazy .. I mean he's only thinking about winning at that point & he feels like he's on the verge of death probably, so it's somewhat understandable.

will link that last lap when they post it, that was nuts.

Mo.

:wowthatwasnutswtf: OMG THAT was such a crazy finish. Edris trying but just a bit short and chilemo pulling farah back that's just bs glad he got dq'd. EDIT: he also had his hands on edris, but edris started to fall back before chilemo pulled him.

What a good way to show that I can beat them. Wow Edris falls into the finish and just comes short.

Chilemo tries to hard to defeat mo. Once he showed in the start up line in london 2017 that he will defeat farah, I could tel he would go though any means to do it.
hah.

What a way for farah to win.

Diamond league was on saturday in UK. So I missed it and watched it now on iplayer.

Nice.

yea Chelimo seems obsessed with beating Mo .. now that Mo is gone, Chelimo will be competing for that #1 spot.. Watch him be unable to defeat Edris now, lmao.

I like Chelimo but I also dislike him .. he's just dirty in races.
