^Good one. Watching F1 you don't realize how remarkable those engineering masterpieces are, comparison does it.

Important note:
The 'slow' car that got a 40 seconds earlier start is a Mercedes SL63 AMG, with over 500hp power and over 600lbs/ft torque, most of us would puke or faint in a ride with it.
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Always loved that vid Adarq!

Vag I've never seen that one! Thats awesome. The SL 63 is no slouch in stock form for sure,  comparable toany exoticsof the same year(s).

Gah, now I have motivation to work on the weekend ride. Thaaaanks lol
