Hi,
I just need some help guys!
I want to increase my vertical jump. The thing is i bought these two programs: Jump Manual and Vert Freak. I have this forum on all cell em outs and stuff. But the thing is i want to ask you guys, because i dont know how to increase my vj on my own, which program is better. I know you guys dont approve of any of the two trainers but if you absolutely had to advise someone and these were the only two ways to gain inches which program would be more effective and would give me better and sustained inches?
Vert Freak or Jump Manual?
Which trainer do u trust more?
And when boing terd coming out? If it comes out before August ends i can use that because i want to start trainign before September starts. Also, will it have videos and be the most effective jump training program?
Does vertical training increase your 40 yard time too?

no idea, why would we know which is better? this forum doesn't really use "programs", people are past that stage and incorporate what they need to get stronger based on previous experiences/experience/experimentation etc.

i don't know anything about either program, other than one uses leg press (JM) and the other uses exercises I like better (VF), but I can't comment on the programming etc.

dno, august 16 maybe.. videos already exist on adarqtv/adarqui account so, i'll be able to just refer to those if i need too.. boingterd is a set of guidelines, it isn't a program.. again, most people on here aren't a huge fan of programs.. there is intro block & lance's rotation, jackM split, etc, but those are insanely minimal, more like guidelines than a program.. they are a 'rotation' that you utilize over and over to get stronger, not some 12 week badly designed periodization etc..

bottom line, you probably need to get much stronger.. do that, that's how you get your hops up.. if your lifts aren't going up over time, then you're stagnating.. hard to gain when your max strength is stagnating for long periods of time..

stagnation != progress.......... != means not equal.
