Alot of pseudo-science going on in here...
Goals by May 2011

1. Squat 120kg x 8
2. Deadlift 140 kg x 1

Yeah, you can't compare that with the exact, mathematical science of nutrition.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Seriously dude, you're an idiot. That shit you're spouting off their has no solid scientific basis. You're not a phsyiologist. You're just spouting random shit that you think might happen when you've no basis for thinking anything 'cos a) you're an idiot and b) you're not a sports scientist or physiologist. I am a scientist and I don't go around making stupid fucking claims on shit. If I say something is true, it's 'cos I've studied it, it's sound science and it is true.

And for what it's worth. Nutrition, like all real science, has it's roots in exact and mathematical processes.

Well yeah, that's exactly what I said, don't get all defensive on me! :ninja:

Maths at it's best. Who cares about somatic types, genes, metabolisms, body temperature, activity, all that crap? It's maths baby, maths!

Biology has a huge amount of logic and maths in it.

Then how come such a huge amount is compressed by Sean into "just eat well and you'll have a great body". He treats nutrition like the end all be all of training. Much much overrated in my opinion.

I can't tell if hes being sarcastic or not. ???  ???
If you dig deep enough all sciences have maths at their core.
Essentially, biology is governed by the laws of chemistry, chemistry is governed by the laws of physics and physics is governed by maths.

and your opinion doesn't count....your not a scientist, you've never studied any of this stuff and from what I can see your as dumb as a brick!!!!  :wowthatwasnutswtf:

Yes but a brick is governed by the laws of chemistry, the chemistry is governed by the laws of physics and the physics are governed by the laws of maths. So basically, I'm governed by the laws of maths which makes me unfailable. QED.

Maths was invented to serve Physics. Maths only exists because of Physics. Physics >>>> Maths

How so? Math's was already fully formed in it's own right before Galileo developed the idea that physics had universally consistent characteristics that could be described mathematically.
