I wonder how many of you are able to do it:I used to do it easily when I was a kid (~10 years old) but right now I'm sooo far away from doing it.
Where do you need the flexibility? Glute med?
What I hate about stretching stuff is that it takes decades to do. Millions of years to do millions of stretching so it gets annoying and I ditch it.

Hamstring, glute, calf and hip flexor stretching to the fullest.
this is me doing splits in the morning, first thing ido when i wakeup.. splits and then take a nice dump.
it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?
