OK so I'll continue to train for strength for a while but then I'll switch towards a more explosive-focused program. Any ideas on the structure of it? I'll probably do one from the VJB 2.0 to stop myself from over analyzing it but any other ideas are welcomed.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

I have to take a look at the VJB program. Personally i think it should be 90% plyo focused. Not much emphasis on speed squats and such. I think lifting at 85% at max speed intended effort accomplishes RoFD gains just as much, if not more, as 20% max speed lifts do. Plus the strength gains.

Plyos will train RoFD better than speed squats and box squats or whatever imo. Plus its more specific to jumping.

Yeah... hard to do right now, though. Winter, snow, plus me weighing 95 kg. I can't afford to do plyos until I get to a more... "manageable" weight like ~85 kg or lower.
