don't know if it has a delayed stim, doubt it, but we'll see.. the only good thing is that i was playing a song while it happened, so hopefully it built a bridge between that song and level-7.

Try it a few times more if it didn't work this time. Just make sure they use fake bullets and you don't know it.

This thread is awesome on so many levels.

hahah, same.. what 'fear' can a few mouse traps cause anyway, i salute their attempt but major fail.

if those were 8" serrated ginsu knives pointed straight up, then the video would have been good.

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

funny story. Yesterday, I was at my neighbor's house who lives about 0.75 miles away from me. One of our other friends who was also there was about to drive home, and i asked him to use his phone for a second while he started the car. I don't know why but I just started sprinting, and everyone was like holy shit.
My friend just pressed the gas and just started chasing me with his car. I swear to god scariest shit of my life. I sprinted 100% i possibly could for .5 a mile straight (up like 2 hills and down 1).

I think i might use this as conditioning before basketball season
