Great DVD.


- Huge emphasis on flexibility/stretching. He could take advanced yoga class.
- Seems to place very little emphasis on strength/big lifts (although he does have great core strength).
- Mentally strong/tough.
- Low bodyweight/bodyfat %. Lean/streamlined physique. Disciplined. If the cheetah was human, this is its body.
- Starts off with hanging exercises - Spinal decompression/spinal rotation stretching.
- Then explains the importance of the tendons in the hands & feet. Guys on it. Love how he mentions the tendons. Stretches hands & feet alot.
- Foot arches (springs) are INCREDIBLE.
- Ankle ROM INCREDIBLE.


For me, there are 2 big gems on the DVD (in correspondence to doing something else which he never talks about). I believe he could be into internal martial arts. Not sure if he's layed everything out on the table in this but still good none the less.

I advise you use the video downloader if you don't already have the DVD. There is quite a bit to remember.
