not that i'm the judge, but i feel like even surface keeps it fair. we don't all have sandpits to jump into.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

I can use my neighborgh's cat toilet as my sandbox. It's an old medicine ball (actually basketball filled with sand) that's cut in half now so that the cat can take shits in it. I guess that's the proper use of old basketballs. SANDPIT BABY!
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

In your country do you use commas where in America we would use decimals?

Problem is my knees explode from doing the broad jumps on hard surfaces because i always try to get a big distance...

Bball has a point though. Sandpit does inflate numbers a little because of the landing, so Ill have to say no sandpit.

I need to get in on this. I can't compete in the squats cause of my knees but I can try to get good videos of my jumps. I used to have a decent standing long jump (broad jump) so I'll try to get some vids up on that.
My real name is Daniel. (6'5" - 217lbs.)

Grass is illegal in some countries.

Great mang. You do that. I should get a broadjump filmed as well. Probably when the weather changes Ill do that.

You need to get a weight measurement in the videos for the relative list. The rest has been updated. Either add the weight measurement to the video or make a seperate video. I need a vid like that for every new relative vid.
