The problem doesn't occur to people who fs regularly, they've figured out where to put the bar. It's the ones who do them rarely and suddenly do it out of the blue heavy who could have this problem imho. Of all the lifts to ego lift, front squat would be one of the last ones i'd do. They're scary enough as is. Don't really have much sympathy for the guy in the video (i didnt watch) but it gives front squats a bad name when the problem is the lifter.
