Hot Sunny Day, Affect ur Plyometric Training?

I am doing plyometric at lunch hour during weekdays...
The weather is getting Hot, and the Sunshine is strong...

I manage to Hide in the shade in between sets...
but I feel like i am just trying to finish my set and get back in the shade in some of the training.

And i know Max effort is needed in plyometric...  so i feel kind of bad after today extremely hot work out.

Just wondering if any bro here train under the sun.... and how u guys do it...

I mean, hot sunny day should affect performance right?  But again, track day is always sunny and hot like hot hot....
