changed my squat form... a new muscle pain has formed

So very recently I changed my squat form from wide stance to a more narrow stance, and I have been going not totally ATG.  So now I have this kind of soreness/tightness/pain near the hernia?  It is the muscle at the tip of where the legs start near the groin area.

I've tried all types of stretches (like it band stretch) but it is just not going away.

33yrs | 24in SVJ | >45% BF | 227LB | 5'9 | 7'5 reach | 400lb max squat paused | 5'8 wingspan | 26in RVJ

Coming back from 2 years of inactivity!

Goal: Maintain 385-405lb squat while cutting down to 165 LB

I bet no one can correctly imagine how your squat looks like after your description. So maybe post a video, so we can look what is wrong with it.

Regarding your "muscle pain" - are you suggesting that you are insured or that you are only uncomfortable because you did change something about your squat? Also the location of that "pain" is as obscure to the reader as your squat form. Do you know what a hernia is?
