Body Recomposition

http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/dietproblems.html

After reading Kelly's article I decided to test my diet for like 2 weeks. After putting in a couple days into fitday, I see that I am eating WAY too many carbs and too little protein. Like today I ate 220 carbs when today was an off day.
Following Kelly's advice:

1. I decided whether to focus on losing fat or gaining muscle
2. Making small adjustments to the food I eat for that goal

FOr the longest time I did not know whether to be focusing on gaining muscle or losing fat. After reading this:

I decided on focusing on losing fat because I have 16.60% body fat.*

I decided to adjust my breakfast. I will eat: some protein (eggs, nuts, beef jerkey) + carb (fruit on nontraining days and carb on training day)

Monday:Cashews,apple,water
Tuesday: beef jerkey, chocolate milk

If your losing fat as goal and not hungry let it be man. Still gotta get protein in but since you're keeping carbs low your body will be set up to use fat preferentially so protein scavenging (ie muscle loss) will be minimal.

How about a simple bowl or two of muesli for breakfast?, which is pretty perfect if you find the right product.

When it comes to diet, people complicate the $hit out of it.

Just ask Lyle & JC.  ;D

I bulk on fast food, whole milk, and candy. Just saying

You'd probably be better off putting on some muscle first, but if you insist on cutting, just cut carbs a bit and eat below maintenance. You're not very lean so you don't need to get technical.
