I decided to adjust my breakfast. I will eat: some protein (eggs,nuts,beef jerkey) + carb (fruit on nontraining days and carb on training day)Monday:Cashews,apple,water Tuesday: beef jerkey, chocolate milk
I wanted it to be eggs but there is no way i can sneak in some eggs in class and I don't have the appetite to eat at 5:30-6:30
How about a simple bowl or two of muesli for breakfast?, which is pretty perfect if you find the right product. When it comes to diet, people complicate the $hit out of it.Just ask Lyle & JC.
