Are you a one-footed or two-footed jumper?

When going up for a dunk, do you normally go off one foot, two, or both?   I ask cause last time I used to be able to dunk on reg (in HS) it was always off one foot.  The problem being that unless your step is just right or you have screaming hops, its almost impossible to pull this off in a game at my height (6' 1 1/2") and standing reach (7' 11 1/2").  It seems to me the guys with a two-footed jump are typically more consistent with being able to throw it down, no?   It always been more tough for me off both feet than 1 to get all my height in my jump, but I been practicing a little of both lately.  What do you guys think?
