One bilateral jump takes about 10 times the effort I need to jump off one leg. Totally ineffective, in terms of everything else than force (slower speeds, worse leverages, harder on joints (yes, the one leg jump is smooth and without that much joint shock, in the bilateral jump there's a HUGE perpendicular to the ground (more or less) BRUTAL SHOCK in a successful DLVJ), more effort needed and so on and so forth).
You people need to start bouncing around instead of walking and running if two footed stuff is such a good and efficient movement.
