Sickenin does the name JC Cooper ring a bell?? I read elitetrack articles quite frequently and I had a hunch it was you but your post about the combine, comparing verts and the 40 yard dash definitely confirms it. Also your infamous posts on the spine and its significance in sprinting. You have some interesting ideas man but it seems like the more knowledgeable guys on there make good arguments against them. Especially your spine as the engine claim.

But can you please post your sprint times and sprint history?
