Was kinda sick all weekend , not much though , just a little fever , feeling a little weak today too.

- 3 mins rest

Was about 60% , 25sec run / 35 sec rest
Feeling great , breaths , acceleration , top speed , bounce , all great!

- Bunch of low/mid effort jumps
