ATG Split Squats- bw x 5, 25 x 5, 50 x 5 (first time hitting 50x5 on right leg- oly shoes though)
Seated GM- bar x 5, 40 x 5, 50 x 5 (lower back was fatigued and sore- didn't push this at all)
