Don't ever do bench presses by your own with the weight clippers at the end of the bar - it's a good way to get yourself killed.

Yeah they look good to me. At the top you have that tendency that I've seen in a lot of people to keep "soft knees" and keep the quads under tension there. I'm the opposite of that, I like to keep locked-out knees.

SLRVJ PR off both legs - 30" (touching rim for the first time off one)

DSVJ PR - 30" (touching rim off drop step for the first time)

three-step RVJ PR tie - 34"

four-step RVJ all-time PR - 35.6 or maybe even 36

first time cleanly dunking a mini ball (dodgeball sized, had put it in ugly before but never straight down through the rim).

if you can get at least both mid palms to the rim:

on your non-peak jumping days, doing chins (pullups) on the rim is another fun way of jump training. also becomes a single drop jump after each set.
