calf raises 2 x 15 x 100kg
half squats 2 x 5-7 x 100kg

 :personal-record:  :personal-record:

like the number 100kg a barrier broken, but not there yet as it is only half squats but still happy nevertheless
 :wowthatwasnutswtf:
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

 :personal-record:
Just got pinned by 80kg parallel squats.

Let me explain, I was trying 80kg to go down and tested to see if i could move it up again once at parallel and i could hold it there and if i had strength i could move it up but my legs were tired after a few seconds of the bar staying still me pushing i got tired and the bar started to push down.
but it was good feeling to be able to hold the weight at parallel.

 :ibsquatting: but staying down instead.

For the first time my FS and BS have reached parity. FS 3x125kg and HBBS 6x125kg, no belt, no wraps, sleeves etc. Milestone corresponds to >1.9BW for BS and 1.8xBW for FS where BW is my usual ideal basketball season playing bodyweight of 75kg. Will post again in 3 weeks time, hopefully having added another 15kg to my squats! Then a cut back to 75kg by xmas where i'll be ripped and superbly athletic.

Barbell BSS  2 x 5 x 40kg  :personal-record:

After my last set my quad's felt painful as if i strained it and is painful when i place stress on it like when i tried single leg hyperextension, the pad was pressing against my quads and that was too sore to continue.

This is like 80kg squat parallel i hope.

Do you always bench with your elbows going out to the sides like that? They should move under you, like in a dip.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Yeah I always bench like that. Never had any injury problems with it.

Front squat: 135kg @ 89kg ( 297.6lb @ 196.5lb)

Yes that's just a ratio of 1.5 lol, i'm fat right now, have about 10-15kg of bodyweight to drop by xmas. Still, i reckon I can get to around 140kg@89kg in under 2 weeks and then i'll start cutting. My eventual goal is a 2xbw FS @ 75kg/165lb bw which should be totally do-able by end of cut, because i'll just put the weight I take off my gut onto the bar. Lets see how it goes.
Goals: Cutting to 6-8% bodyfat

You and me both, it's the lift i'm the worst build for, long skinny arms and narrow chest. I do CG because I don't wanna ruin my shoulders or tear a pec or something stupid like that when i'm not a powerlifter. It's probably my best lift in terms of what i've achieved from where I started so i'm pretty proud of it. Took me bloody ages to get there too but it hasn't done much for me yet, maybe next 10kg will cure DYEL. Probably not though.
