Thanks. I should be able to do 300x5 next week if everything works to plan. Don't know about what's going to happen next.

"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.

I was at my friend's gym today. Did a muscle up twice on some of the bars. Had no idea I could do that... I guess that shows I really am getting stronger. Crazy hard though.

Also. Squatted 245x1 after a basically a full squat workout. Workout was ATG. Tried the same with the 245 but didn't manage to get quite that far. Still a few inches below parallel

135x5 :ibsquatting: :personal-record: at 82.5 kg BW (!)

Actually I think it was 136 kg since I also used the metal stops for the plates which weight about 500g each. So that makes 300 lbs x 5 reps. :ibjumping:

395x4 today at 207lbs bodyweight (at time of squat with clothing on)

Est max is 440lbs. Highest it's ever been.
2.125x bw squat! Highest my ratio's ever been as well.

Can't wait for 2.255 sometime before the summer.

Actually... would be cool to rep twice my bodyweight for 4 reps. I think that'll be my next mini-goal. Should take me no longer than 8 more weeks but there's no telling how badly I may stall in the future.
