Full squatted 220lbs 10 times today, also deadlifted 352 lbs (ties :personal-record:).
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Yeah, I'm going with low rep sets and a high rep set at the end.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg

hope it works out well, but by hope i mean i know it will.. glad you're getting into some of this higher rep stuff, and those tke's are going to really help you.. flanderr loves em, had them programmed into his routine for the longest. :F

Yeah TKE is amazing. 4x15-20 reps and your vastuses are toast. Great ender on a leg workout.

PR in 5 bilateral jumps with 14.32m. Old PR was 14.20 at a lighter bw. And I did this after throwing for over 1 hour. More is possible if Im fully rested.
