we need a thread like this.. i'm seriously unable to check journals atm, life is crazy stressful and i'm focused on training 100000000%, so it's just become impossible for me to check journals atm and put all of the training someone is doing into proper context (over the course of days/weeks etc).
for that i am sorry, BUT, i really want to know how everyone is doing, really do.. so, if you PR, post it here.. if you took pics, post it here.. if you made a video, post it here.. etc
so post in your journal like normal, then just link some stuff up in here.. it'll make it easier on other forum members too, since not everyone checks every journal..
i really want everyone coming to this forum to achieve their goals, it means a ton to me, that's all this site really is about, and i'm on this "lead by example" shit, which i can't break out of now.. My current course of action is to keep getting closer to head on rim and motivate the hell out of people on here/everywhere, I want my journal/videos to turn into some kind of "fuel".. it's starting to happen but I have much more work to do.
but I really want to know how everyone is doing, PR's/videos though.. let's not get happy with training unless we are making progress.. well let's have fun training, enjoy the process, but real improvements in "measurables" (whatever they may be) is the real goal of the work we put in..
i'll post my videos in here, not my crazy pic-floods though haha.. maybe one or two pics per vid, can't help it.
