it hasn't been this long, in a long time.. every time I want to cut it I just think, it looks too beast/mountainman-ish and I keep it.. I am starting to get annoyed of it though.

i just started growing my beard back in, too. gonna keep it trim this time around but i look so young cleanshaven, or at least young enough that all the ambassadors i met the other night looked surprised when my boss (who's the CEO and knows all the ambassadors and other senior muckety-mucks in this city pretty well) introduced me as a director. it was funny to watch their facial expressions go from blank being-introduced-to-nothing-person-who-i-won't-ever-have-to-remember to eyebrows-up-oh-i-see-okay-then-slight-head-tilt.

i changed my training a bit this week, trying to recover a little from all of the 2x/day sessions i've been racking up over the last 1+ month. Also trying to get better at ~800m+ intervals now, not just 400's. I need to find another race next weekend, I think.  :ibrunning:



before clicking this, i figured you were posting a c&j PR or something.  :ninja:

first in game dunk

only a training scrimmage, but broke away on the fast break, dribbled the whole court then 2 feet 2 hand slammed it with a guy chasing me down.

fun times. LOL so theres a bunch of new people in the team i dont know, and they were calling me jesus 'mark jesus' etc, then i dunked - i may be stealing air jesus here  :P

i was actually about to say that.... you're more like jacked-jesus tho.. i retain air jesus becomes of my extreme skinnyness - jesus wasn't jacked. :ninja:
