5:55 min/mi split on my first mile  :personal-record:. First sub-6 minute mile since tracking runs with my watch.

now I need to make that easier.... so I can do it on every mile split. eek!

I really need to work on my squats (quad strength) though... I can deadlift 200-210kg but today I barely got 130kg on front squats... I think there is such a thing as being to p-chain dominant.  :-[ ;D

I didn't realise this until today but I actually got a PR last friday - BS 2x132.5kg which was nothing special cause i'd been using this weight for a while and usually doing more than one double at a time... but this was done at a bodyweight of 77.9kg....... which makes a ratio of 1.7! The first time i've ever got out of the 1.60s! And this is raw, no belt, so that's also special. I'm on the right track.. just have to keep chasing that ever elusive 2.0.

Almost knocked myself out with a barbell today. It was the first time ever I did pushpresses and I wasn't able to get my head out of the way fast enough.   :personal-record::uhhhfacepalm:

Got within two inches of the rim on a single leg running jump today (6'11 reach in shoes)!
34-35"  :personal-record: for my single leg jump! My previous PR was 30" prior to my surgery.

Thanks! I guess all those single leg standing jumps really helped me! My bad leg only has a running jump of 18" though...
