Today I did 100kg for 7 reps on the split squats... Also did some random deadlifts afterwards because a friend of mine was just at it... did 100kg x 5 and 130kg x 5 like it was nothing. Didn't want to go any heavier though given my lowerback issues at the start of this year.
Strength is coming along nicely. Hopefully I will be able to reap the benefits when I start to incorporate more RFD-type work in a few weeks time.

Box squats (parallel) 150kg for 4 sets of 5. Benchpress 100kg x 6, wide grip pullups with 15kg additional weight for 8 reps.. strength is coming along nicely... now I just need to cut down some of that weight (90kg @ 1.83m).  ;D

120kg power clean  :personal-record: :personal-record:

My previous PR was 110kg. In this session I hit 112.5, 115, 117.5, 120. THEN my phone failed to record the 120kg PR. So I did it again for a video.

Do you have any advice on how to improve my overhead squat (other than actually overhead squatting)?
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

This.

Shoulder dislocations w/ stick for shoulder mobility.
Thoracic extensions on roller for thoracic.
If your hip and ankle mobility is lacking these will also ruin it for you...but I'm sure you know how to fix these.

For stability
-snatch grip overhead press
-snatch grip behind head pull apart with rubber band, really squeezing traps hard, to make harder you can lie on floor and do this behind head too
-spots presses, and klokov 'deep squat barbell front raise to overhead'

Are pretty much what I've done and has helped me.

Yeah I lack in all the areas you mentioned... and then if you couple that with weak shoulders... you know. I think these issues might make my shoulders "look" weak when they're not really that weak, it's just that the bar is so out of position that it becomes really hard to control and "heavy" from a leverage perspective.
