Today I felt very strong and did split squats with
92.5kg (205lbs) for 9 reps on the 10th rep I was pretty fatigued and became a bit sloppy. I kinda dive bombed into the rep with too much weight on my rear leg. The result was a sharp pain in my right quad (rectus femoris) and what appears to be a slight tear. It's not too bad today though... so I should be back on track within a few days.
On another note, my legs and especially my glutes are getting a little bit too big for my liking. Did some measurements today and my upper thighs are
69cm (27.5") and my glutes are
107cm (42.5") my girlfriend jokingly said to me a few days ago that I'm starting to get a really nice ghettobooty.
