Oh, I noticed that when I was watching the video haha. Must not have noticed at the time, i was a little lightheaded and more focused on the pr.

How much do you gain suited for the deadlift vs raw? Nicely done by the way, 220 squat raw is no joke :highfive:

Depends. I think I get between 20-30kg from the suit on DL. I dont have an exact number though.

Thanks man. Its not quite raw though. The kneewraps certainly help to some extend. Again couldnt tell you how much.
