And for the first time in many many years..
I did not test jump in the court.

(i think i did not jump last year, due to covid lock down.. and court was close)

but today... i did not go...
it sort of mark down.... that.. I had officially... stopped training for vert.

this is sad.

at least.. i went to do some sit up, arm curl and benchpress with my adjustable dumbbell.. during lunch..

still said.

250310  I am now over 200lbs.  at 203lbs.

I see Andrew A  on his facebook posting night vision video of his backyard.. and random video of him shooting his gun at the tree.
Some time i see him post his girl friend also... I never seen him jump or workout any more..

we are getting old I guess.
um... people don't stop exercise when they get old..
people get old because don't stopped exercise...

i can feel it as a personal level now.

Mean while... my kid made it to the national team for her triathlon sport.

big ups to your kid, scooby!

and you're right, people get old because they stop exercising. i'll never dunk again but i'm in as good of shape as i've ever been for running and that feels really good. if i avoid injury, i think i can keep PR'ing into my 40s. there's nothing stopping you from exercising or even training again but inertia. why not try to join your kid as a triathlete?
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.
