Those videos were such a throwback!

You make the lobs look soo easy. I could dunk off the dribble but I've never been able to dunk from a lob.

thanks alot man!!

yea I became a lob master, lmao.

Those high rep squats were also inspiring.

#Motivation.

hah thanks!

yea. something I found to be highly effective but, surprisingly didn't take off too much on here. fwiw, that kind of stuff doesn't take off much of anywhere. high rep squatting is brutal pain, but it works damn well. if one wants to throw their body into an adaptive roller coaster, that's an easy way to do it. get used to heavy 20+ reppers, and you won't feel the same anymore. legs start to feel godly.

i did sets until i could barely walk/stand, it doesn't allow any muscle fibers to escape unscathed. sets adaptation into overdrive.

fwiw, if i wasn't so into running now, i'd be into high rep squatting (like crazy high rep crazy shit). I really miss it/love it, but combining it with running has proven too intense the few times i've tried it. running can really beat you up, have to be careful. If you over-tax things in the weight room, they can become destroyed by a run. For me personally, it's intense enough to do by itself, to the exclusive of everything else. All the same principles apply, but it's just one exercise at varying intensity: ie, running itself is the barbell, the plates you put on it & set/rep schemes are just the intensities/pace & intervals etc.

pc!

all this is making me want to switch back to jumping. once i (1) hit sub-20 and (2) move to a country with an accessible indoor basketball court.

181113 Piano Project
Started in Sept.... target completion date Oct 5.
I end up struggling, just like a guy who had not ride a bike for 10 years and expect to go for a race.
Project end up over run by 1 month. Finally Completed on Nov 13.  Still could not finish the song smoothly in one go, but at least i got it in  pcs... and video edit them into one.

I only play at night.. 45min to 1 hr when ever one go to sleep. The beauty of electronic piano... able to adjust volume.

181115 Swimming Gala Relay Completed
This I try harder than last, I practiced at least 8 times... during lunch and night,  going from 70sec to 51 sec.
On race day i did it at 41sec, (same as last year).  Lucky my teammate is faster this year.
we end up getting 2nd  place. (we got 3rd last yr)

2 mission/project completed
today is 181121  with 40 days left in 2018.
I am jumping and lifting more again.

hello, was just wondering if the bubble on your KD 9's ever pop? mine did twice, and now i just bought my third pair. it was the left shoe both times, i'm guessing because of planting right-left i push off the left foot and there's more friction.

also nice work on rim 3. i liked the lowest rim(rim 1?) the most though because it was of course easiest to dunk on and it was the only rim that could snap back lol.

I poped  pair already
This is my 2nd pair

i have a 3rd pair (elite) version in standby mode..
This shoes is dope... but very bouncy.

my friend had one that been used indoor also poped...

so... i guess..eventually it will pop no matter what.

oh i see, thanks for letting me know. yea i love the KD as a shoe, but mainly because i have a callus on the bottom of my left foot and the forefoot cushioning is thick enough to not cause friction to it and further enlarge it.

so i guess we both bought 3 pairs, except i've already popped two of them. i think i'm gonna buy 2 more pairs, 1 normal and 1 elite version. after that i'm going to move onto the KD 10. apparently the traction on those are less durable, so it may mean it'll pop even faster than the 9. will have to wait and see though.

if the shoes consistently break, why on earth would you buy another pair?

well the second pair i had were free actually cause i returned them lol. but for me, my main reason is that the cushion is thick with little to no heel drop, and that cushion shields the callus in the bottom of my left fore foot from further enlarging due to friction. also because it just is a dope shoe too, like scooby said lol.
