Sprints-
2x100m in spikes 100% intensity

Basketball-
Played 4 hours of pick up. Feet and calves are dead. Glutes and hamstring feel sore from the leg curls I did the other day and the sprints.

My diet is still poor. I'm eating fast food most days the only difference between now and 6 months ago is that I've cut down my beer consumption by about 50%. My ideal weight would be around 75kg (I'm 5'11) but until I get strict on my diet it's going to take a very long time to get there.

I started my workout but finished it early because I was just too bloated from eating too much tonight before I went to the gym :(

I played pick up for 3 hours today. I went to another court with my friends today on the other side of the city and we had a great time playing against opposition we have never played before. Usually we go to the same court on Sundays so we end up playing similar people each time.

I did 10 dunk attempts and only managed to land 1 of them so my best vertical is around 34 inches atm. I can't even touch the rim from standing vertical (26 inches for me to touch the ring) but with a run up I'm able to get 30+ on every attempt.

34" at 90kg is 38" at 80kg.... Easy path to jumping high for you.

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

The 30" is off one leg?  One legged is hard but if you drop 44 pounds of fat you will jump really high off one leg if you can jump 30 off one leg.
