yikes dude! what happened?

I just kinda blacked out, didn't hit the floor as was caught and came round pretty quick. Think it was just a combination of working a lot, not sleeping enough, 10 mile run the day before and probably didn't rehydrate and refuel properly. But, having evidence of hypertrophy on my heart makes me worried enough in combination with this to try get a scan and see if there's anything untoward going on. The incidents at work are both investigations about people who died (I didn't do anything wrong but obviously still a bit scary having your question called in to practice).

Feel totally fine today.

Today

Meditation 1hr - marks 100 consecutive days of 1 hour daily meditating. truly one of the best things I've ever done for myself. it seems to have impacted every part of my life in a positive way. I'm less anxious, worried and stressed and find myself noticing and enjoying the little things much more. have no intentions to stop what so ever. almost wish i could make more time to commit to more.

Cycle 104km, 5h20m overall, 1190m of elevation.

lets just say running fitness really carries over to cycling. First time ive ridden a bike more than 10k in like a year! super enjoyed this gonna do more cycling for sure.

walk 5km or so to get legs moving again

run 21.04km 4.49m/km avg pace 208m elevation - took a bit of getting into but felt fantastic, plenty of kms around 4.20 pace which I would never have dreamed of not long ago. a bit of nutrition and fluid during the run really helps with how I feel post run too, no gi issues or feeling like I'm going to keel over.

chins 10, 12

rest
