motivation level at all time low lately.

No jumps this weekend, and me right knee is sore again for the first time in a long time.

AND I feel fat..... and old.

That is arguable, but now that i am here, does not compute either!  8)

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

^^^^ old and fat is of course subjective.

While 34 and 160#'s is neither old nor fat, It doesn't change my school-girl like feelings.

A bit sore and my knee is still a bit wonky, but it feels like progress.

My legs were still sore from Saturday's workout when I played b-ball bright and early Monday AM, and
unexpectedly my RVJ was an easy 34". Totally effortless. While this is still not to PR level never has this level of performance come so easily. I feel like I am due to ratchet up one more notch.

Time to get back in b-ball shape and progress.

Played b-ball on Wednesday and Friday. Couple more weeks of playing 3x a week and I will be in shape again.
I definitely have not regressed as much as I though I would have cardio wise.

My short term goal is to get my squat to 5x265.

More work to do, but I feel motivated.

Tweaked my lower back on satuday. :pissed:

I have not played b-ball this week, I've been trying to take it easy.

Started feeling better tonight. been stretching, so I decided to go for some light squats.

Turns out that was a bad idea. definitely re-flared it.  :pissed:

So much for progress. Time for regression and healing.

Taken it pretty easy the last week, My back is healing up nicely.

I played b-ball this morning for about 1.5 hours with no issue.

My plan is to stay off the weights for another week, I will however ease back into basketball right away.

coming back stronger then ever this winter for sure.

still healing up. a bit better every day.

Loaded up a bit more weight on the squat rack tonight, although I employed a weight belt for the first time.

Seemed to be helpful, and actually felt pretty good to squat with.

my back is still feeling tight. 225 was going up easier tho.

My plan is to not go heavier then 225 for a bit and keep adding reps.
