depth and form improved, so you're not regressing, you're resetting. you'll get back up to where you were with respect to weight on the bar and it'll actually mean a lot more.

I just can't seem to find the groove in sports and lifting lately.

I felt a couple of months back I was timing in on major PR, but missed that window and have not felt right since. There will be some planned time off next week, so my PR's are just on delay.

played basketball yesterday. Weights not unbearable today, but getting harder.

Focus is still there but more work needed.

On a bright spot I have been under 160#'s most of the week.

More valleys tonight, My recovery is crap. 3 days is just not enough apparently.

positive note, my ab work is progressing and GHR's have gotten much easier over time.

My hamstrings now dominate my legs. I wonder if that is negative from a performance standpoint?

6/14/13 Friday BW=156.8

AM b-ball 1.5 hours

Have not lifted again this week. no real fatigue or soreness. RVJ is still in the 33-33.5" range. no improvements.

Weight is at an all time low. Feeling lean as hell. Mostly muscle and bone at this point.

I ran 1.5 miles in a few ticks over 11 mins for my nephews training on thursday, which might not have been ideal.

If all goes ok on sunday I hope to get some more jumps in and re-evaluate.

getting back in slow. weights were de-motivational today.

jumping near PR level repeatedly is so much easier now that I am conditioned at least.
