Started getting sick on friday, my body was all beat up yesterday.

my nephew has been lifting with me for the last 6 weeks and got me out there today. I feel a little better after working out.

Getting sick sucks.

Peaks and valleys son!
I have not been able to hit 270x4 on squats since 2/19/12 and I weighed in at 180lbs.
Now 18lbs lighter, my power to weight ratio has increased .2
Good shit! 280x4 will be an all time PR!

good workout.

felt stiff this morning. Now I feel great!

6x185 on the lunge is a PR, come to think of 6x265 on the squat is to. Kinda sad but true.

Didn't expect much this workout. I was gassed today from life.

Hit a solid PR on squat 5x275. So solid. I could of physically and mentally got one more rep but held back.

Should have went for it because I was not doing anything more substantial for the rest of the w/o. Good progress lately.
