I was hiting them twice a week, 3x12 on strength days and 4x5 on power days.  Those numbers were delusive though, something in this machine allows you to go very heavy, no idea what.
Also , above 350 it would become a little unstable , start making kranking noises etc. Above 400 it felt like it could break any minute, i was sweating with anxiety. Then i switched to SL calve raises, which are also very comfortable there, because of the massive machine frame you get very good balance.

I kinda figured it would get sketchy with that kind of weight on it.
Good thing I won't have to worry about that issue for years to come.
I already had to  modify the platform your foot stands on to get a full range of motion.

barbell lunge 6x135, 6x155, 6x165
pull up BW 3x12
calf raise 130# 3x12
p90x abs
walk 1.0 miles

Tried to do squats at like 3pm, warmed up and got pinned with 270 and 260. Said screw it and went to dinner, didn't get back until after 10pm tried again and hit 5x255 super easy. Maybe eating an apple, two metrx bars and a baked chicken breast was not enough fuel before 3 pm?

Getting cut son! To think if I did actual weight training/ cardio work and eat a sensible diet. :)
