My knee has been tender for the last few weeks on and off. Wednesday it got worse. My knees have been solid all along so this is new. Deadlifts and squats will be out of the rotation for a while. Probably a good opportunity to get more core work in.

Knee is healing up. Been taking it easy. It is good to notice that I have dropped some LB's in the last few weeks.
