255 felt a lot better than I thought it would this week. Feeling beastly just getting in solid strong reps. I need to up my volume on deadlift's as they feel stale, but that may be more then I can manage currently.

b-ball 1.0 hour

255 has gotten easier this last week. 3 reps were solid on Thursday and got the 5x5 on Sunday. Didn't feel beastly or motivated but it happened, so I will step it up to 260 and give it a go tomorrow. My calf locked up on me this morning while playing basketball, It has taken stretching and smashing to get it to ok. Hopefully I will head the warning and give it the love it deserves. My right hamstring is also asking for love also, as always.

when was the last time you tested 1RM for the squat? my guess is your signature is out of date now if you're hitting 255x5x5.

^^^ Not sure currently, it has definitely gone up. I will have to give it a go one of these days and find out. Hopefully close to 300, or so says the 1rm calculator.

Took it easy last week, and only played basketball. By Friday I felt like an all-star, better then I have in ages. Finally lifted again on Sunday and 260 felt good, I didn't have the capacity to get 5 reps, but it was solid. One rep shy on my bench @ 205 for 25 reps. Even racked it waited 10 seconds then got pinned.

I am back to my slacking ways. This month I have had no motivation, and there is always something more important going on.
Made the time this week so far. Had to drop weight the weight and just get back at it.

End of the week got busy and had to stay away from weights. Felt worn out. Saturday I warmed up for squats and got pinned on rep 2 @ 235. Sunday was better.

Last week 245 didn't feel bad, and by Friday I was feeling great. My hand was back up to rim level and I was moving awesome.
This weekend I tried for 250 but really couldn't get it to move. Eased back and will give it another shot this week.

Back at it! Had a great day yesterday. To cap it off weights felt strong. 250 on the squat felt impossible to lift for reps last weekend, then bam 5x5. Bench has been creeping back up slowly, but it was 2013 last time I got reps @ 210+. Rows have not been easy, but it seems like I am ready for my big boy panties with 135 next workout. Big progress, just need to keep my motivation up and get it.

Got kind of a weird split going but I have not had the gas to lift again on Thursday lately. 255 is heavy, but feeling relatively explosive. Just missed 5x3x255.

Haven't logged this month. 255 on squats has been slow reverse progress. Couldn't get the time together to give it a solid go last week. Yesterday was a bit demotivating as 225 felt like 250. Positive side is my deadlift feels better. I will just keep cracking, I like to think my strength is playing a bit of hide and seek.
