^^^^ Not really, I drink plenty of water. I've backed way off on the maintenance lately. Had to hit it hard foam rolling and stretching. I also took some time off basketball during the last week. Now they are feeling mint again.

I have been doing a min of 5 ring muscle ups daily as well as about 15 dips. It has taken about 5 months to get to this level for me. Next step is to start stringing together some reps. Busting out 5 without stopping would be great.
