Still taking things easy on my knee and it is slowly improving.

Bench pressed 250 pretty easily alone in a dark gym. so I got that going for me.

have you seen a PT about the knee? what kind of pain is it? there's probably something you can do for it, even if it's just unilateral work on the healthy leg (there's a lot of evidence for carryover of unilateral work when you're injured).
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

I have not seen anybody. It was an awkward repetitive use injury. Definitely nothing major. It is steadily improving now that I am done with that project.

The unilateral work is very good advise. Thank you
