March didn't end well. It didn't seem like I could find a groove on my barbell squat, after a good January and February.

April feels like my month for 4x255. No more messing around.

The grind never stops, it is amazing I can find any time to improve.

Tuesday my squat felt more solid then it has in the last month. that feels good!

How is your jumping coming along those days? Everything looks great, lifts improve, regular bball, BW in check, vert should improve too.
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

I definitely am feeling more explosive. Standing vert is up about an 1" in the past few months. Haven't tested true running in a bit.

skipped ball on friday, to try to get ahead of the fatigue. It helped a little. I need to get to a spot where I can lift 3x a week as I am sure my gains would improve. However that is more then life will allow at the moment. Twice a week with real focus will be better then where I have been at lately. Need to get back into the game.

Been slacking, but weights have felt easier for some reason? My calves are super tight lately, I've been stretching and foam rolling, but they still knotted up while playing ball monday. I could not even get a full game in this morning before locking up. I must be deficient in something?
