Still not back.
I have been doing BW upperbody and ab work on a pull up tree in the living room.
The last few days went like this......
12/7/13 Saturday BW=?
push ups 4x25
pull up 10,8,8,10
dip 4x20
ab curl 10,12,12,15
12/8/13 Sunday BW=?
ab curl 20,15,15,15,15
12/9/13 Monday BW=160.4
b-ball 1.5 hours
12/10/13 Tuesday BW=159.4
pull up 4x12
dips 3x25
I know I need to stop playing basketball, but the better I feel the more I want to play and it ends up feeling like regression.
