weight has felt heavy lately, knee still an issue in that. recover and repeat.

did squats in trail running shoes with higher heals instead of track flats. Knees felt better for the first time in a bit.

Leaning out, but the scale isn't changing much.
Knees are finally feeling better. Overall I'm improving lately.

Been keeping excellent track of food intake since mid march, which is helping me make numerous positive adjustments.
